1. The foolish boy for breaking the law by driving a vehicle though he was under-aged? 2. The parents for being the biggest dimwits by letting their son drive the Merc. 3. The people - despite being given accomodation, lying on the pavements? 4. The police for letting this happen? These guys are never on vigil and hence miss out on all the calamities that can be averted...
We can never improve with such kind of a mentality...

I hope me or you must have been one among the roadsider to feel the pain. Why do you think there is no life for the people other than the rich?? they are the people who build the building for so called TATA, BIRLAs. But after that hard work ,they end up in sleeping road side. I don't know what is wrong with your parents for giving birth to people like you or you must be *hole. God bless you. get well soon.
