Yes you are 100% correct. It is mercedes benz car and the parents has givent it to their children just without care. The useless idiots of their lawer is saying to TV that it is been driven by driver and this guy was sitting next to him. How date these lawers go down till dumb just for money. They should be punished to produce wrong informations to court. Shame on these money minded lawers.

the best possible preventive method is to hang the advocates who takes up such causes with falsehood instead of punishing the erring drivers. Let any court punish one advocate for such accidents and see the chain reaction.
