Why do u care about problems in other countries?? Don't we have enough problems? Or you just want the satisfaction of comparing with someone worse off?

Its not for the care of other countries. Its the way you learn better by looking other countries. Most of the problem that you see today has been solved by one or more countries in the past, its just we shut with ourselves. Trust me, when you hit a javax.lang error where do you run? To the Google??? So someone somewhere has experienced this trouble & has posted an answer to this, which is useful for you right? His question is very good one.
