INDIAN DEMOCRACY
by srinivasa rao on Dec 19, 2007 07:23 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

India is pseudo-democratic country. Majority of candidates with money and muscle power and of criminal background are elected to various state legislatures and parliament. The PM is a political stooge, politically immature and a puppet in the hands of the Congress (I) President. India is no way better than the neighbouring dictatorial regimes.

A bad democracy is far better than no democracy. And there is nothing like a perfect democracy.

I can understand your problem. You are frustrated person who could not achieve anything but hate and criticize everything which come on your way. You can not see and digest that India is marching ahead in spite of so many problems. Look at Pakistan who has same set of people but different ideology and because of that they are failed state. Get yourself involve in some creative activity , think about growth of you and your family. It help you to come out from this problem.

Well said Jitendra. Its easy to blame. We blame about corruption and muscle power, look at the corruption we do in our everyday life taking the law for granted. We cant obey simple traffic rules i.e. getting our vehicles to stand behind the zebra crossing while the lights are red. We use our bikes to ride on the footpath when there is traffic, honking the pedestrians and zooming past them whilst they are walking calmly.
