In IT field, the client pays us for development, testing and deployment.. But is Pakistan paying us for all these Akash or Agni costs ?

Moreover in IT field, deployment is a compulsory phase.. But here, can you give me the exact date of war ? How long do we need to waste all these resources while Indian citizens have to pay the taxes for all these defence budgets.,. Boss don't compare IT field with Pak war.

Then tell me exact date of war.. How long this development phase will go on ? And how long people of India pay taxes for all these billions of expenses on defence ? Unless there is a war, we don't know where we stand and how these missiles fare during actual production phase. All these testings within India are for self satisfaction that we have achieved something.
