Slightly improve payload capacity of such missiles.Attach corrupt,misleading,politicians with this missile.Send them to interrupt enemy missiles.A win win situation for us.

No missile has been made by mankind to carry our politicians who are heavyweights in corruption. For last 60 years they are just eating our resources, just wonder how much each will weigh.
