There is no doubt that in the next election DMK alliance will win. Rama cannot be used as a political card in TN.

Vijayakanth may get a few seats. But the situation is very conducive for DMK rather than ADMK.

DMK will have strong alliance. And there are no issues which can undermine the victory of DMK.

Karuna anicipated the split in his party. That is the reason he slowly tries to project Stalin as his successor.

Dear Rajesh,
The present trend is for DMK. If we are going to face election with the present trend DMK will come with clear majority. But, God only knows the future

Dear friend,
I have travelled across Tamilnadu. The 1 kg rice for Rs.2/- did a magic. Even the taditional voters of double leaves changed their opinion. AIADMK's vote bank eroded. The choice is DMK. But, as I said anything may happen in future.

There is a difference. During last election it was only a promise. A considerable number of people didn't beleive it. But, it was implemented. I belong to a village from south Tamilnadu where DMK didn't have any strong hold. But, now the trend has been changed. We could read the pulse of the people.

You are right. When ADMK beat DMK before it was not expected. DMK was performing OK and it was a surprise. whatever may be karunaNidhi Tamil nadu seems to be progressing well. There is least amount of farmer's suicide compared to Karnataka, Ap and maharashtra.TN's economy is among the top 4 states( Tamil nadu maharashtra Gujarath and ?)

Dear Friend,
I am from chennai and i have also travelled a lot in TN as u said that rice scheme worked out last time but even after that scheme too the % of votes of DMK was lower. But its difficult for DMK in the next elections bcoz karuna wont be contesting. DMK face is only karuna. stalin doesnt have that face like karuna with ppl

in the last elections From which DMK came to power the percentage of votes which they got was way lower than they got while losing elections. i dont have exact % details. There are speculations that there r few factions in DMK which will hamper its win.

You are just speculating.
There should be some issues that can undermine DMK's victory. At present no such issues in TN.

you are 100% correct. TN is not like other states where the illitrates can be taken with religious card.

If even one alliance partner joins with Jayalalitha, dmk has to go for another vanavas of 14 years. Karunanishi begged - "please give me a chance; 14 year punishment is long enough." next election will certainly be interesting. Many will be happy to see karunanidhi and dmk rested for a long time.
