Congress Party will have to learb to be very soon a regional party at the best. It has no leader of any credibility either in the centre nor in the states

Every part of India. During re-election for S. Gandhi from Amethi. Many illiterate voters wanted to know the welfare of Mohan (Mahatma) Gandi. Some one from congress said that he is away to Simla as Amethi is too hot for him to come. One can imagine that what kind of voters we have in INDIA. Hence, people from Italy which itself is very backward in comparison to other European countires will definitely get encouraged to stay in India as they have nothing to loose that too free of cost due to tax payers money
