Forget about becoming a prime mimister or something, if you will treated at par with local citizens having eqal facilities, that itself is rare in any foriegn country. "It happens only in India", that too by the largest political party.....Congress can do anything all they need is power to mint money..

You are right. Even in the country of immigrants "America", you need to be a born citizen to become the president.
