Pure contextual
by human on Dec 18, 2007 12:25 PM   Permalink

The law in the world is contextual only and is not limited to india alone coz we had our laws written rather copied from western law only. Whether our constitution or laws are dated. But we added some more relevant to india like banning child marriage, sathi etc. and religion specific laws which are unique to india. Claiming some one as some thing is straight from whatever they professed viz ambedkar is synonymous with backward classes, Jinna for pak and partition, may be modi as hindu saviour, Nehru for socialism and India for failed socialism experiment.
