Caste based politics
by P Ramanathan on Dec 17, 2007 08:59 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Hinduism does not have concept of conscience. Hence, we can not expect any Hindu or indian to obey or listen to their conscience. Caste is the norm for everything. Nowadays some elites criticise caste based politics. However, they practice casteism even through titles and symbols like sharma, verma, wearing sacred threat etc. First remove every caste based clutches, then question and advise others.

Wearing surnames is not meant to practise casteism......you seem to be more confused than the writer of this passage

Mr.Ramanathan,
Who are you to talk about hinduism, do you know what hinduism is? With a macaulay education and being in ac plush rooms for you it may not dawn what conscience is, but that doesnt confer on you to talk for hinduism. First of all remove the ram and nath from your name and then talk of conscience.
