yep,

Shivaji is India's hero and not just about Marathas and he is a person who among hindus is compared with kautilya , krishna deve raya for saving Hinduism from being destroyed .

He is that guy who wrote the book named Arthashastra. Once you read it you will know why he was shameless.

Yes I've read the whole book. And fool is one who calls it a book on mythology. The book in fact is about state-craft and it is the most shameless book ever written in India. Kamasutra may sound more decent if you read that.
