Dear he was caught in 1994 when Congrees was in power and BJP had to release him to save hundreds of passengers.

The answer is very simple. It is because of the system we have in India. This system is a gift of Nehru to India.
Not BJP and not even God can make a difference with this kind of system.

Sukhjeet BJP wants to make a difference,they get vote from hindus because they care for hindus lives,that's why they act tough on terrorist as in gujrat.BUt in case of congrees they assume hindus will vote them,at the same time they are busy wooing muslims vote.And muslim vote to any party which gives them maximun concession,which allows them to riot,which does not want any party to punish any terrorist as they are part of the umma,whome they have to protect.

Congress never acts at least BJP could have, actually both are 2 sides of the same coin once they r in power.
