Bidwai is a communist. OK. But let us see the case of Modi. Modi as a Chief Minister should speak for all sections of Gujarat whether it is Muslim or hindu. Does he do that. He is trying to polarize society again by taking the case of Sohrabuddin, which is in the Supreme Court. Now if u r challenging the court, where is the rule of law. same thing happened in 1992 when kalyan singh gave an assurance to the supreme court regarding babri masjid and promptly demolished them with state power. what is the difference between jinnah's muslim league and Modi's BJP. Both are two sides of the same coin. No wonder advani praised jinnah as a secularist! But people are no fools. u can win an election by stoking communal hatred, but u cannot carry all sections of the people with you. Maybe Modi can win gujarat, but there is something called Gandhi's legacy (Mahatma Gandhi) which he can not wipe out. Modi will be wiped out by that waepon called truth, when he is exposed by the supreme court soon! Finally, there was a news item in Rediff where the main accused in Godhra wa arested. whwt happened to him, had he squealed about Pak involment or other matters, Modi would have gone to town shouting about congress hypocricy etc etc. Why he is silent on this.

Siva, can you tell me why should the society get polarized if Modi talks of Afzal Guru or Sohrabuddin? Why do you or the politicians and the media assume that Muslims should identify themselves with criminals and terrorists?
If Modi is guilty of something, the Court will punish. Like it did in case of Afzal Guru. I am sure no one will then try to color all Hindus if Modi is punished. So, why this effort to color all those patriotic Muslims with the same color as Afzal Guru or Sohrabudding? Do Muslims, realize the trap that is being set by the Congress for you?
