Let me summarise what Tathagata Mukherjee has said so far
1) , INDIAN COURTS ARE WORKING FOR BEHALF OF JEHADIS
2) VANZARA, IN MY OPINION, IS A BIGGER HERO ( THAN KPS GILL )
3) There is only Islamic terrorism in this country.
4) If someone asks you what Afzal Guru did - you start calling people names and start reeling out huge conspiracy theories.
I used to think you are a pseudo-patriotic traitor supportor of Moditva.
Looks like you are nothing more than a nut case who has been given access to internet and should be actually in an asylum. If you want to test your hypothesis - kindly repeat your above statements to a group of knowledgeable people in India.

INDIAN COURTS CANNOT MAKE LAWS. AS PSUEDOS ARE PROJEHADI, THUS EXISING INDIAN LAWS FAVOR JEHADIS.
NO WONDER, INDIAN COURTS ARE WORKING FOR JEHADIS. IT TOOK 16 YEARS TO PRONOUNCE MUMBAI 1992 BLAST TRIAL VERDICT.
YES, there are Naxalites. BUT jehadi terrorism is a different thing altogether.

The most recent example of Infiltration of Sonias chamcha in to judiciary was the case of Sanjay Dutt.
Please recall the sequence events. A day after the conviction of Sanjay by special TADA Court, his MP Sister Priya met Sonia in Delhi. The court administration took about two months time to hand over the copy of the verdict to Sanjay-helping him stay out as long as possible. Case went to SC, Bail order was given. Surprisingly bail order reached him with in a day!! After his release Sanjay met Sonia on 11th December on a thanks giving mission. You can expect a lot of judicial "activism" in favour of Congress/ Sonia in coming days.
