If a dreaded terrorist like Afzal Guru can be pardoned, why not a small terrorist like Modi? SC should consider this. Modi only killed a 1000 muslims but there are terrorists who killed thousands everyday. Why should a small-time street killer and rapist like Modi be punished when big time terrorists are not caught and tried?

Well the official UPA figures for dead in Godhra riots is 780, out of which only 520 were Muslims. The rest were Hindus shot by the police. So how can you say Modi did not do anything?
