or you just want to apply or RULE OF LAW selectively in Gujarat and to Modi only !!!!
by the way Congress ruled India for 50 out of 60 years- 39 yrs just by Nehru family (17 Jawahar ,17 Indira, 5 Rajiv)
Congress ruled 40 some years in Gujarat out of 47 years.
Haven't you had enough of Congress or you believe in FAMILY DYNASTY.

BJP has been in power in Gujarat since 1990 thats 17 years. BJP also has several states where they promote Dynastics rules. Anti Sikh riot trials have been going on and a few Congress leaders have already been convicted or their political careers have been finished..no point in blaming Sonia or MMS for the riots of '84. Both were not Congress leaders then. Punish each one for the crimes they commited and not their political parties. Parties like BJP and Congress have millions of people and thousands of leaders..who are you going to punish. Modi is accountable for the 2002 riots and also several fake encounters. He has to face trial for several cases that will be eventually filed against him if not in 2007 it could be 5 years later in 2012. But any criminal will be punished eventually. He cannot escape.

BJP is not in power for 17 years they were with JD-Guj for just 2 years, 1990-1992. Afterwards they werenot and came back to power in 1995. Nowhere BJP promoted dynastic rule. None of the congress leader punished in Anti-sikh riots so stop excusing for that matter. Shed the hypocrisy and come-out clean. Sonia was a very much leader at the time of 84'riots by the same virtue she is claiming leadership now.

Satya etal., are perfect examples of hypocrites. Have you ever seen any secular channel asking similar treatment for Butcher of Bengal Mr. Buddhadeb?
