need introspection
by gautam on Dec 14, 2007 09:59 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

I think before looking at others we should look at what we are doing. Tibet is china's internal issue - just like kashmir is ours. yet india chose to give refuse to dalai lama. that is what trigerred the 1962 war. and china had the upper hand in that war and even went quite close to assam. yet they unconditionally went back to status quo. china does not have any territorial aspirations.

same with india's act with pakistan. what was the need to help free bangladesh from pakistan? that was pakistan's internal affair and now see the mess that one act has created in kashmir.

thanks to our great leaders' great foreign policies.

gautam dont talk without knowing the fact.

Tabiet was a free country before china invaded it tabiet was never a part of china even India had claim on it, but that joker Nahru gave up the claim, china attacked india not for give shelter to dalai lama they claim aski chin now know as arunachal pradesh the fight broke out there, again u said that china pull backed unsconditionaly that not true china and tremendrous pressure from UNO to pull back and if china not pull back there may be a action against him

again u said what was the need to help free bangaldesh, India at that time was srrounded by East Pakistan and west pakistan so it will a problem for India to face Pakistan from two sided and also they have a advantage on us and thus our one side of broder was secured by making balgaldesh.

Well i agree with you that our foreign policies are not good

Sonu, having east pakistan and west pakistan, to my understanding, was more beneficial for india. pakistan would have had a logistic nightmare maintaining both and if india had made its airspace a no-fly zone for pakistan, they would have had it. without spending a penny in military, india would have had pakistan on its knees - all the time.

Gautam,

I think u forget that Pakistan has taken kasmir half part , which is known as Pok. China is helping Pak long before....our country hasen't done wrong by taking lama or helping East Pakistan. Our only mistake in 1972 war was that we should have capture Lahore and bargain it for Kashmir.

Baburao idli, stop talking like an idiot fool...
If you cannot stop supporting congress, at least accept the stupid half hearted policies it has been following over the years.

Start thinking of change, otherwise, India will remain as it is for another 50 years...

yeh, first kashmir, then bangladesh ,then ltte sri lanka, all these are vested interest of our nehru gandhi policies, north east is in mess , if the foreign policies/ home ministries do not rise for national interst then it is not the danger of china but groups within will create a seperate land/country. Lets also not forget the red corridor REAL THREAT
