The JD(S)%u2019 withdrawal of support to the BJP government in Karnataka has created a new benchmark for political chicanery. Such a behaviour of moral reverse, after giving individual affidavits to the Governor and parading their MLAs in front of the President, is an uncanny act by anyone who believes in societal and democratic values. Is there no value to a public pledge before the highest constitutional authority in the country? H D Deve Gowda and his son have held the state ransom for the last one and half months to their political machinations. In the process, they have also misled the highest constitutional functionaries during discharge of their duties. But for their written unconditional support, there was no need to revoke the President's rule and have a farce of a government formation. The President, the Union government and maybe the Supreme Court should intervene and take suitable action against the these people.

Devegowda has no moral ground to demand votes. His son Kumaraswamy blabbers half sentences all the time which have little thought or meaning.
It is an irony that people like Devegowda manage to become PM and his sons CM.
You will be shocked by the amount of wealth these guys have amassed. If at all they win, it will be because of their money power...
Let us see how much of it will go down the drain...

Cos of U such brainless gowdas only HDK is surviving. The politics of deceit by JD(S) supremo H D Deve Gowda brought down the one-week old government led by B S Yeddyurappa. This is the second time that JD(S) has deceived BJP from coming to power, violating all the agreements between the two. The wretched action of JD(S) is really an insult to the people of Karnataka. It is surprising that people%u2019s representatives in JD(S) are mute spectators and sheeplike followers to whatever their leaders H D Deve Gowda and H D Kumaraswamy say or do, however silly, selfish, ridiculous and unstatesmanly that may be. The party deserves to be called not JD(S), but DG(S) meaning Deve Gowda(Sons) Governor should disqualify JD(S) and their MLAs as it was on the party's %u201Cunconditional%u201D assurance and parading before him that the President's rule was revoked. Disqualification would indeed be a lesson for the future coalition governments.
