Sach hi hai.. Saare jaha se achha hindustaan hamara... We have "n" number of religions breathing on here.... Can anyone believe it??? We have Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, etc... Why do we compare our people with the outsiders? Why do we pinch "ALL" muslims by calling them "Pakistani", Why don't we pinch Christians by calling them English??? Why dont we now pinch Sikhs by calling them terrorist?
Why we have a habbit of pinching any community? Why did we name Juhapura area "mini-pakistan"? Are we sure that all the residents of Juhapura are anti-social and pakistan supporters?
If you have a glass, put some water in it and see if glass is half-empty or half-filled. Its just a way our thinking is... If we think, all muslims are pakistani, then why didn't they go to pakistan while seperation? Answer is, most of them felt that Hindustan is their home and they can't leave their home,their people,their land/property, etc..Why??? Did they ever feel, they will be called "resident of mini-pakistan"??
I completely agree with those who say, Gujarat riots started because muslims burnt the train boogey in which most of the hindus were travelling,but what Hindu did afterwards?Did the similar thing? Ok..Leave it now..It happened in past as well, when babri masjid was demolished, the riots happened and the politicians were ready for that too.
We have an active judiciary system(unlike pakistan) atleast I have a faith that someday everybody get the justice.

We are puppets in the hands of all the politicians and fail to understand how they twist and play with the minds and feelings of the people of our country.
India will survive and come out to be a better democracy. I am more in the favour of a India that shows tolerance and understanding for all religion(all parties here should practice and preach tolerance rather than hate)

I agree with a number of points you have raised, Gunjan, but - I think it is a lot easier to take an idealistic view. I live in Hyderabad, where the old city - while not cut off from the rest of the city, is again very different.
I have heard from people - like the driver of a cab I had rented a few days ago - that if you were to by mistake be involved in a traffic incident in the old city, a mob of the local "majority" community would gather in a few seconds - and you would have no option but to apologize irrespective of whose fault it was.
There have also been instances where people in this part of the city have been heard of supporting Pakistan during India Pakistan cricket matches. A few years ago, incidents of stone throwing would be reported every Friday, after prayer time.
I realize it is not fair to draw conclusions about a whole group of people based on the actions of a few, but that is indeed the way the world is. If we do not "pinch" Christians and Sikhs today, it is because of a certain image that members of these communities have built up and maintained.

I agree that Christians haven't been involved in any riots, but Sikhs? If you dont know,I would remind,sikhs have been called terrorists, why???Because some of them actively supported pakistan and pakistan supported them for their Khalistan creation.
Gaurav,I can understand your feelings & I agree with you..But, do you know,People in England, when they see match between Ireland and England supports both the team.I mean, 50% or less than that supports Ireland and 50% supports England..Why? Don't they love their country..
Cricket-Its just another sport... Not a life of all the Indians, cricket is not an answer to any poor in our country... Answer is Roti, kapda aur makaan.. We live in a well concrete house/flat.. We dont know what is happening in poor's home... My only point was that, we shouldn't support any party who asks for the vote on communal base... Will that push poverty far away from us? Its a shame to all of us if poor still dont get food... We are shining, I heard somewhere..
I wouldn't mind if somebody supports Pakistan while watching India-Pakistan match unless he get involved in terrifying the people of India. If somebody (not the entire community) kill innocents he shouldn't freed..
Remember one thing dear, no party supports any community.. Its just a speech they render.. They dont mean it.. They just need our vote during the elections... Why Modi deny the charges against him in Supreme court but justified his action against Sohrabbuddin? Re-think.

I live in Hyderabad too and I can only support what Gaurav has said. I have nothing against Muslims but I hate to be an innocent victim for their sporadic and almost baseless anger. Its a sin to be a Hindu in this country, after all who would take our side? This is the only country where the majority lives in fear and is helpless.

India is not the only country where Majority lives in FEAR. Norway,Sweden & Britain are the other countries I know where "NATIVES" live in fear of "IMMIGRANT" MUSLIMS. Visit FFI dot ORG for more details.
