this is the rule....there is no justification for killing innocent civilian people...be it a hindu or muslim. who ever refrain from it is right and who ever does it is wrong. may God punish them in this world and here after

WHAT WILL BE THE PUNISHMENT FOR THE KILLING OF INNOCENT KASHMIRI PANDITS? RAPE OF MOTHERS AND DAUGHTERS OF KASHMIRI PANDITS? THEY ARE REFUGEES IN THEIR OWN LAND AND NO PARTY CONGRESS/CPM/NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION OR NATIONAL MINORITIES COMMISSION [SINCE KASHMIRI HINDUS WERE MINORITIES IN KASHMIR] HAD OR HAVE TIME FOR THEM SINCE THEY ARE NOT VOTE BANKS LIKE MUSLIMS.
