Punish their parents, if juvenile act leaves them. Put them behind bars for life. That would actual treatment in this case.

It is the parents who MUST be given life sentence.
How can they let loose a loaded arm for a child to lay his hands on?

You are right. If Indian government don't become strict on this kind of issues we will have same gun problems in India what US is facing for a while.
