in india todays survey chennai had the maximum percentage of students who had experienced sex. they may lack inaggression thats why it doesn't happen there...doesn't mean we too go there to live- no water, bad food...

That is the food there boy. Andhra has spicy food, so does parts of Rajasthan. Gujarat has sweet food, Delhi has coloured food, Kerala has coconut food ... each place is different, it is not "bad", it is different.
Living there, I guess you need to learn to appreciate it.

Good to hear voices from you.
Chennai has lots of north indian people and hindi speaking folks, they live in certain parts of city. With more people like you Chennai will become a Mini India, but one that is not that westernised.

The average Chennai person or Tamilian is quite unlike the DMK types that you hear in news.
He may be dark skinned and may be emotional about Rajnikanth, but he is 100% god fearing and totally religious and spiritual and deeply believes in Hardwork and is not jealous of other people's wealth.
This is true of many other state people, but the difference is that the elite in states like Delhi have abandoned the Indian culture and got over westernised
