time for a regulatory law on exit polls
by Pradip Parekh on Dec 12, 2007 10:17 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

exit polls must be allowed to be conducted only by competent agencies duly certified by well qualified institute. the tv network reporting polls must indicate its source before they run their mouths and behave like a headless chicken. further reporters must declare under oath that they are there as quid-pro-quo.

Well may time the voter are not serious about Exit Poll

When they are asked to give once again their vote for survey, it is entertainment for them and they give vote to the opposite eparty then they voted for and thus keep the media guessing

In such scenario it becomes difficult for to project the real scenario

Example of UP election is gr8 example

Beside the the sampling is done for less then 1% of the Voters hence very difficult to projct again
