our PM Papaji has proved that he has no brain to make a statement. Person on such a resposible leading post who is the PRIME MINISTER of India should not give such funny statements.....

You are wrong. In fact Manmohan Singhji has a excellent acadamic brain, but Soniaji never allow him to use it once he became the PM of India. Manmohanji is toy which jumbing and dancing under the remote of Soniaji.
