Development has not come only to Gujarat, in last couple of years, most of the countries of South Asia have seen economic progress, even the countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh registered development.

Go to Delhi and see if you can get electricity even during day times. Congess is the mother of Corruption. It has spoiled the country in last 6 decades. If Dalit are not developed in last 6 decades, it is because of Congress. It has failed in every front.

If the development came to Gujarat because it had come everywhere else, then why Bihar, Jharkhand, W. Bengal, Uttarpradesh, Orissa hasn't seen much of it?
