There is a code of conduct. There is a law of the land. Who cares? We have the best Supreme court lawyers in our party. They will handle it! In the mean while we will break the law, deviate from the code of conduct. It all gives us more publicity, you see! ---- A joint statement by BJP and Congress :-)

Both culprit and witness get same punishment in Democracy. An innocent human being very easily being arrested, but a ruling culprit can roam here and there in our system.
