Congress should not blame to others. Modi is a leader for Gujarat people. Guj. people know verywell and within a short period they will show their rights. Congress should give opinion in a limit.

Both culprit and witness get same punishment in Democracy. An innocent human being very easily being arrested, but a ruling culprit can roam here and there in our system.
