See you must Know one thing that People are not Voting.Once it is happened to go to the Culcutta .At that elections are going on.People dont know even elections are happening.These communist Mafia are running a force in Bengal they wont allow people to vote.The only solution is to run the begal in President rule for some time and then conducting elections.The communists totally Ruined Adsminisration there.
