Modi is politican and he will do whatever to remain as politican. So there is no point in wasting time and doing discussion on this. He will use whatever to gain publicity and votes. The same rule applies for any politican so public need to be inteligent enough to understand.
He will do whatever to attract people and i see in most the comments and i think Modi did his job.
