Is EC sleeping or deaf on Sonia utterance that, the State Government of Gujrat is Merchant of Death? There is a limit for boot licking but this is too low that, you lick the sole of the boot.

sonia never mentioned modi was merchant of death, she only implied. congress party said modi was mr. death.
