it is a fact--u people have a problem in common
i.e.,to remain confined to yr own language and never try to understand another language--in PUNJABI(actually GURMUKHI) language slang used is normally CHAK DE PHATTE which stands for both negative as well as positive meanings.if there is a brawl, conflict etc.this slang is used
as negative for opponent and if u want victory particulary to appreciate and encourage yr players or party or team this slang is used as positive.MODI version is right because the vehicle of cong is already stuck in ditch and they have to encourage themselves to get vehicle out.MODI is a good CM under present secular scene--he does not get muslims killed BUT seculars misuse muslims and get them killed by creating dirty scenes--lalit kumar
