We all know that evidence and only evidence that counts when an order is passed in the court.Even though the judge knows pretty well that the crime is commited by a criminal he cannot charge him because of lack of evidence.These criminals easily escape from punishment after commiting heineous crimes.This is what has happened in Sorajbudden case in Gujarat.The whole world knows this and there are people like Teesta Settelvad to support them in the name of justice.

Terrorist net work in India is elaboate and they can carryout their activities freely in India without any strict check besides the present UPA goverment is very sympathy with them apart from the local supports in which huge fund recived by these terrorists are donnated to political parties and politicians who supports these antinational elements besides some individuals under the cover of social activists;Teesta settelvad is one among them to support such antinationals and terrorists in this country as the India is the most democratic country in the world.
