Don't forget 49% happened in other states too. So why abuse these two states?

The people who are robbing a train and posting abusive on Rediff both belongs to same clan.

49% on all 26 other states and 6 union territories put together. Cant you understand the basic stats?

This not a fault of the govt., it has more to do with the breakdown in moral values and ethics. Collapse of a society. No govt. will be able to change the sitation unless the people themselves want to change. Bihar and UP are just like Nigeria. Illiterate, poor and without any ethics.

Sorry, but this is the fact. If the society starts thinking that money made in whatever ways is okay, this the what it is going to look like.
