Dude 70% IITIan IIMs Grads are from Bihar only. other state dont have caliber to cross the bridge

Everyone knows about Biharis who get into IITs.
They try year after year continuously till they get to pass the entrance exam.
The dude will be 30 by the time he gets into an engineering course in IIT.

fir to national language badalna padega humko..80% of the hindi speaking population belong to UP/Bihar..I ll vote for Sanskrit..wat say?
