This is good straight forward decision. But at the same time the judgement has to be common to every one.
Friends there have been a minimum of 3 child deaths at Hyderabad hospital because of striking doctors? Who will fight for justice on behalf of the deceased kids parents........
Indian Penal Code needs a massive re engineering.....

I totally agree.....the doctors need to be punished severely.....the court should act suo moto....
