JUDICIARY CANNOT BRING TERRORISTS TO JUSTICE.

WHAT DO YOU GET BY PROSECUTING......INDIAN JUDICIARY IS BECOME A JOKE. SO MANY CONSPIRATORS IN MUMBAI BLASTS ARE PARTYING IN OTHER COUNTRIES.
CAN OUR JUDICIARY BRING BACK THOSE CRIMINALS?

I DONT BELIEVE IN JUDICIARY, JUDICIARY IS ALSO RUINING INDIAN FAMILIES.SO MANY INNOCIENT HUSBANDS ARE HARASSED BY THEIR WIVES UNDER FALSE DOWRY CASES(IPC SECTION 498A). THE JUDICIARY KNOWS THIS BUT IT STILL WATCHES THE FUN.

IN THE FAMILY LAWS JUDICIARY IS MAKING THE INNOCIENT HUSBANDS TO SUFFER FROM THEIR TRECHEROUS WIVES.

IN THE CRIMINAL LAWS JUDICIARY HAS FAILED TO BOOK TERRORISTS OR PROSECUTE THEM

YES I agree with you 100%. It is the husband who is made to suffer by the judiciary. It cant catch hold of criminals but it is catching innocient husbands. What a shame to the system.

Judiciary is only increasing the divorce rate in India.

hey samudra bir, why are you diverting the topic to husband / wife / dowry issues? well, just to add to your point, i think we are getting immatured in handling relationships, and thats the reason why the divorce rates are on rise.. dont blame judiciary for that. the laws were intended to help female sections who reqd legal assistance to survive due to husbands atrocities, but the law makers overlooked that in coming times, it could be misused.
the only solution to this is to handle relationships with maturity by both parties (male and female)
