Now, it is proved that all education cess paid by the citizens of india are being looted by the ministers and politicians - so much so that there is no money to build schools - the very purpose of edu cess.

we should all use RTI to find out exactly how our taxes and money is being misused and take the officials and politicians to court to get the money back.
