PM, Yashwant Sinha trade charges during N-deal debate
by ANAND TEERTHA on Dec 04, 2007 07:51 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

What can we expect from a nominated PM coming from Rajya Sabha? He has been talking thru his turban. UPA itself is a bunch of jokers.Former West Bengal CM Jyoti Basu, a foxy CM - described NDA government as a bunch of cattle!!
It is unfortunate that we have become a hand rag of USA.Develped nations sanctions against india during NDA government was a blessing in disguise. We have been own our own.Now every nation wants to do business with india. Why this UPA government is lying thru its teeth?

It is unfortunate that someone had put your name in wrong basket. You have no ANAND nor any TEERTHA.Only insene can describe one of the most
internatioally respected, non corrupt honest highly educated person like Dr Manmohan Singh
in the term you have used.In a democratic system critical analysis is usual but with a
dignity. If we compare Dr Manmohan Singh with Mr Jaswant Sinha it will be disrespect to Dr Singh
Jaswant Sinha's has come and gone through the corridoor of South and North Block but there is
one in a billion where you find an astute cool
head with so much knowledge as Dr Manmohan Singh
People like you and Jaswant Sinha were critical
and abusive as you are doing now when Dr Manmohan Singh initiated economic reform in 1991
as Finance Minister, that he is going to barter
Indias national asset,destroy Indian business
hand by advocating open market and creating level playing field.Unless you are blind or not in control on your knowledge then it will be
clear to you where Indian economy stand to day
an envey to even USA.BJP initiated N-deal but
unfortunately could not conclude as they did not
come in power. We at least give credit to Dr Manmohan Singh for his placing the document of the deal in the floor of the Parliament.Even
to day no one knows what went on between USA
(Mr Talbott) and BJP (Mr Jaswant Singh).Mr Jaswant Singh must be credited to have the guts
to say that there could not have been a better deal under the present context.China and Pakist

Dear Samir,
I don't think Anand has said anything to disrespct MR. Singh. It is just the fact that he comes from Rajyasabha and is powerless without Sonia's support. A person who is not considered as a leader by is leading the country. With all respect to Mr. Singh and the post of PM, it is sad to say that he is handling Prime Ministership just like any other job. There is no doubt about his honesty and dignity. As far as the debate on nuclear deal is concerned, it is Dr. Singh and Laluprasad Yadav who got personal and not Mr. Sinha. Please comment based on context rather than just supporting someone you like.

Dear Abhay, Power dosent come from any house you
represent.Mr Pranab Mukherjee till this term was never a member in the lower house but was as powerful as any in the political arena for years becouse he with his bengali english was
absolutely clear in his mind about the subject
he is speaking. It is not the house that gives you strength but the strength comes from your
conviction of knowledge, mental balance and hard core honesty. There are number of elected members
in the ower house(Muscleman,Criminals,corrupts
and with questionable record while in civil service) and if you want to say thay are more
powerful than Dr Manmohan Singh, I am afraid I am not line with you.You are speaking from one sided mind set-the BJP line. Will you believe that BJP was almost signing NPT and Mr Jaswant Sinha was a party to it.Howmany times NDA Govt.
discusses proposed Neuclear deal while the talk
was going on between Mr Brijesh Misra and Mr Talbott.None.Mr Brijesh Misra along with Mr aswant Singh not Sinha complimented Dr Manmohan Singh when he went to apraise Mr Vajpaye about the deal. The subject matter is N-deal so I am
dealing with it.The subject matter is ding good
for the country with honesty.

Manmohan Singh and honesty, what a joke? In 1999 LokSabha Elections, Manmohan Singh was congress candidate from one of the Delhi constituency. This constituency had a huge Sikh voters. In one of the elections rally, he was asked be Sikhs why he did not protest against Congress's sikh riots. His answer was that these Sikh Riots were handiwork of RSS. On the election day, there was huge turnout of Sikh voters. All the surveys predicted easy win for Manmohan Singh. Result-Manmohan Singh lost heavily. Sikhs showed him that he was a dishonest congressi chamcha who can sacrifice his morality for the sake of winning one lok sabha election. Can this guy be trusted. shame on him not even protesting when people from his community were being massacred by Congress Gundas.
