Can JD(sons)be booked against a case of Fraud?
They have lied in front of the Governor (in written) and before the president.

BJP had lied to Supreme court. Can they be prosecuted?
BJP gave a written undertaking to Supreme Court saying that they will not harm the Babri Masjid during Kar-seva.
Can we have same rules for all? Does it fit in your democracy?
