No Rebel seems to join congress because they believe in congress philosophy, the aim is just to defeat MODI! If you are powerful enough then prove that you are better than MODI, by gaining popular people support, just by going in refuse to Sonia Gandhi, you are just proving that you can go to any level for opportunity, which actually suites congress anyway.
