Case 1: He is in Pakistan - He is innocent.
If he is innocent, then how come he reached pakistan, without a passport and was shot?

Case 2: He is in Pakistan - He is terrorist.
OK, Shot dead. One less to worry.

Case 3: He is in Pakistan - Not shot.
Same question. If he is innocent, then how come he reached pakistan, without a passport

Case 4: He is innocent, He is in India and hiding.
Who has he to hide from ?

Case 4: He is terrorist, He is in somewhere and hiding.
Track him and shoot him.

because the city and state police was searching him like hunting dogs every where. so only for saving his life maybe he scape to pakistan. or only it is a ellegation on him. what police tells you belive that. have you ever been in police station. you dont know police.
