Hey Mohan,

Here you people make blunder, Islam not only take care of present situation(at that time) but also the future(till the last day of the world & hereafter).
1400 years back it was mentioned in the Hadith, that moon would be digged before the doomsday(Qayamat)& Neil Armstiong been to moon & brought the clay from there. People wondered that time how could one reach moon

Ofcouse yes.
It is necessary to consult all concerned before any work to be started. (Mashuraa.) and everyone will be asked what is your opinion, (Rayy). and then the leaded Amir will deside based on the rayy. Alhamdulillah Allah the Almighty has guided in a proper way
