let us first help our villages get back on their feet ..then we can think of adopting other country's villages.....and don't we have innumerable issues plaguing our own country ...that we have to indulge in this needless charity.....that to towards a country who is an Achilles heel for us....exporting terror, illegal immigrants....and they wont change their attitudes towards us anyway....a major foreign policy disaster...
