instead licking the russians for a aircraft carrier india should come to USA, we have plenty aircratf carrier better then the russian one and we will make the delivery on time and cheaply.we USS ENTERPRISE,USS KITTY HAWK, india can also come for USS nimitz

How ignorat Mohan ??? The problem for parts is because of disintegration of USSR . Not because of Russia. Most of the part producing units are now in CIS.
