Seems like Indians don't have any plan to get off junkyard business and build their own technology. All the R & D is concentrated in few places.
The MIGs that were flying coffins that could not be maintained & Government was reluctant to garbage them because of money spent on them. We could not detect what was the real problem because it is NOT our technology. Can you imagine, some Civil Airlines in India buy used Planes. How unsafe it is for passengers?
Even US does not sell their latest F* generation gadgets.
