Congratulation to Mayavati and Badal for stopping some happening thing as they are not capable of doing anything good to anyboby. It is not understood what for these state governments are made? It looks like as these useless governments are made for doing such useless things.Really only God can save people of India.

yeah, one is among the state who produces highest IAS and other is among the among the one which accounts for wheat/rice you eat.
