This is like rewarding a dog that bites on the hope that it will stop biting. This will only reinforce the belief among muslims that biting (in their case killing and terrorizing) will pay. Bad decision and this is definitely against the secular nature of our country. This is reverse discrimination against the majority.

On the contrary if you leave your shallow biased views behind, you will understand that Indians are a smart lot. They now understand that to make India truly secure and powerful, you cannot have a disgruntled and disciminated bunch of lets see about 200 million people without job or opportunities. These attempts are being made to make India stronger from Inside and outside. Why do you relate bomb blasts with muslims?? is that hardwired into your thinking? there was a blast in Mecca Masjid too, surely not one muslim said the hindu's did it or whole hindu community was responsible. Grow up and enlighten your thinking. There are bad people out there who carry out such things to divide people andk now that they will never be blamed cuz the first finger of accusation will point to muslims cuz of the mentality that you have, leaving the real culprits free to carry out the next attoricity. India will be a super power there is no stopping that, what remains to be seen is that the mentatliyt of bias and hate that you have - will that stop us from getting there or will Indians be smart enough to get rid of it and go forward with a true sense of one ness and equality
