Dear Friends,It is good to know that the Minister for Minority Affairs Mr.A.R.Antule announced some measures for betterment of minority community by implementing some points of Sachar Committee report. But why these things restricted to goverment or public sector only it should be implemented in private sector also. Private plyaers are most casteist and baised towards minority and lower caste people of India. In the name of merit they consolidating caste system by favouring their own caste fellows. Also now a days merit is become synonomous of English speaking ability who talk and walk in english is treated as meritorious person. So merit should be thrown in dust bin and equality of opportunity should be given to every citizen depending on his social and educational background. These measure will make sure that minority community will be brought in a main stream. This will ultimately decrease crime rate among minority community for which majority community always blame. The share of resources should be shared by all the citizens of the country according to their populations. The measure concern is implementation of these measures because ultimately majority community is going to implement so it will be difficult task by seeing the implementation of reservation policy in IITs etc where 2 or 3 faculty members are from SC/ST community out of arround 400 faculty at each IITs. Let us hope that monirity community will get their long due share.

Private sector only discriminates against lazy and incompetent people. They look at only performance and not your religion or caste. If you want to make profits - you need good people - and businessmen therefore take rational decisions based on capability. Good for nothing fellows like you bring caste and religion everywhere.

Does this has to be shared by all, even when master thugs posess it ? Docaits target to share booty of others, and all docaits are not poor, nor vice versa.
