How come that the most crowded nation in the world like India don't have strong family planning enforcement? To avoid this race of having as many offsprings as possible is used as tool to the growth of religion, ethnic, etc. India should have strong hands to limit number of children for all family irespective of religion, etnicity, in short for all the family of India. It can be 2 or 3 children max, but most important is not just the law but it's enforcement. Explosion of people is not just a threat to environment but more worrying is an uncontrolable poverty, undereducated people, chaos and terorism.
